Software
Our lab has produced two public tools that provide access to high-level computational analyses of metabolic networks. Both result from in-house methodological developments and are extensively used in our group for teaching and research.
The two tools are freely available for academic purposes and can be requested from N. Zamboni. Licensing is required prior commercial use.
