In our group we study intracellular information processing in eukaryotic cells using quantitative mass spectrometry. Current projects cover three major areas of research:

- technology development for the quantitative high through put analysis of metazoan interaction proteomes

- systematic analysis of protein complexes that control information flow at the level of protein phosphorylation

- interaction proteomics of signaling pathways
