Protein interaction dynamics and host-pathogen proteomics

We focus on the application of advanced methods in quantitative proteomics to problems in pathogen biology, specifically:

  • Quantitative aspects of protein-protein interactions
  • Host-pathogn interactions in Mycobacterium tuberculosis
  • Quantitative proteomics of microbial pathogens (Mycobacterium tuberculosis and HIV)
  • Method development in quantitative proteomics (SWATH-MS)
